©Ponderosa Studio (the "Studio") and Ginger Reddington (the "Artist") value your business and understand your privacy is important to you (the "Purchaser"). It is important to us as well. For that reason, we have implemented a Privacy Policy to disclose the information we collect, how we collect it and what we do with it. By using this website, a Purchaser is accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

How and When We Collect Information

The Studio collects "personal" information when it is provided to us during the purchase process. For example, if you purchase Artwork from ©Ponderosa Studio, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and email address to process a transaction. If you sign up to receive a newsletter, we will collect your email address. If you are no longer interested in receiving newsletters, e-mail announcements, or other information from us, please e-mail your request to info@gingerreddington.com along with your complete name, e-mail address and mailing address.

What We Do With Your Information

The Studio is committed to protecting the Purchaser's privacy. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your e-mail address with anyone else for marketing purposes. We use personal information for internal purposes only, to ensure an accurate efficient purchase transaction.

From time to time, a Purchaser may receive information from ©Ponderosa Studio via email or postal mail about new Artwork being added to the website, or special events involving the Studio or the Artist.

The personal information that is shared with us when a Purchaser places an order, is used to process and fulfill your order. We partner with Stripe, an American technology company designed to accept payments for purchases made over the Internet. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, but does not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.

The Studio/Ginger Reddington may need to disclose Purchaser personal and non-personal information to a successor-in-interest, if we should we  ever decide to sell ©Ponderosa Studio Art business. Or, the Studio/Ginger Reddington may need to disclose Purchaser personal information when required by law,  when a good-faith belief exists that such action is necessary to comply with judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by other companies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of such other websites. This privacy statement applies solely to the Ponderosa Studio website.

IP Address and Cookies

Like most all e-commerce web sites, we use "cookies." Although our cookies don't store any of your personal information, they do allow you to purchase online from the Studio website. Whether you want your web browser to accept cookies or not is up to you. However, because cookies allow you to take advantage of a purchase feature on a website, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

How We Protect Your Information

The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information. For purchases made online with credit cards, the credit card number is stored in encrypted form for a limited amount of time. We do not store PIN data or 3-digit security codes. Because your purchase transaction for Artwork is handled by a secure third party, the Artist and Studio employees do not have access to your credit card information.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us from unauthorized access or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or other acts or omissions.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for users ages 18 and older. Therefore, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from persons that we know to be under the age of 18. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 18.

Updating Your Personal Information

If your personal information changes, you may correct, update or remove personal information previously provided to us by contacting reddginger@outlook.com.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post a new version to our Website, which will become effective when posted. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of the Website and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent with it.
